Details of Land and other details                                                                    This piece of agricultural Land is owned by four owners and one owner want to sell his 20 guntha piece of land..and other want to give on development basis .Investor is required to purchase one owner’s land share of land (20 guntha) as per market rate first.
Investment Rs 136427221.7say fourteen Crores only.
Return on investment shall be Rs. 68213610.85 only. Total amount of return shall be ROI =(136427221.7+  68213610.85)=204640833 in two and half years. Tenure of project; 2 and half Year
Project will be designed planned and constructed for Senior citizen as middle age people as well as Vedic Gurukul for children as well, which include Homes and various activities for senior citizens, dining Hall, commercial shops, Conference halls, gymnasium, indoor Games, Restaurant, swimming pool, sheds for 100 cows, nursing Home, Garden Tennis court, various activities Halls Etc.we have established Ecstasy healing with fun club for specilly middle age people above 45 and senior citizens under this trust which will include varieties of activities shall be conducted by making members. Responsibilities of Investor is incestment as per various stages of project and in instalments and registering the agreements with purchaser and members.all other responsibility shall be myself and my team..after completing the whole project and accounts investor is going to transfer the project to Ecstasy Educational trust..i.e build and transfer basis..
